ELMER H. LARSON
On
May 12, 1970 Elmer H. Larson was sworn in as Westville's twelfth Mayor. He
served until the end of that year. The following people served as Councilmen
during his tenure in office; Francis J. Duer, Charles E. Owens, Charles Bakely,
Paul Toth, Harry V. Laskowski, and John Miller. Paul Toth Served as Council
President of Wesville during this period:
Otto M. Bock - Clerk
Harold W. Hannold - Solicitor
E. Millard Pallante - Tax Collector & Treasure
John A. Barlow - Assessor
William C. Packer III - Supt. of Water & Sewer
Robert Reynolds - Supt. of Highways
H. Jarret Davis - Police Chief
In 1970 the flag was painted on the tank for the first time, and Westville
Little League won Distric 5 Championship.
